3. Orders and Payment

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

International Orders

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• G-String Thong Bikinis
• Brazilian Thong Bikinis
• Micro Bikinis
• Any swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or damaged

These items are final sale to ensure the highest standards of hygiene for all our customers.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number, items to return/exchange, and reason
3. Wait for our instructions and return authorization
4. Ship your return to the provided address using a trackable service

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
